And what he's also working out is his plan to somehow become Prime Minister. That's what he said on the state in Brooklyn on Saturday night and we asked him about it:
Reporter
"Is there any specific reason that you always say that you're coming back as the Prime Minister as opposed to just being a member of the opposition?"
Shyne Barrow, Rapper/Former Leader of The Opposition
"It's a thin line. I have to quote your news director where he said that hip-hop is the epitome of human possibility. And you know how hip-hop became that? Because they spoke their possibilities into existence. So that is my hope, that is my dream. I know what I could do as Prime Minister of this country, but that is a process. That is quite a journey and I have demonstrated that I am prepared to go through that journey. Tracy and Faber, they are so foolish. I would have been prepared to support them and to fight with them for a strong democracy if it meant that Tracy would have been the next Prime Minister because my time will come. What is for me, no one can deny. And I never said when I will be the next Prime Minister. It could be when I'm 60, I'm not going nowhere. I want the right to say every chance I get, I come back because I want to come back. They used to say I only deh ya because I have to be here. But they are foolish."
"We have no choice but to rise up against them and to rescue the UDP so that we can set it straight. It might not be me will be leader you know. It might be Darrel Bradley. It might be someone that we are not even thinking of. But I could tell you, it won't be Tracy Panton. It will not be Patrick Faber. This crew have to go."
