The Ministry of Finance is reporting tonight that fuel pump prices will be fluctuating once again.
Effective at midnight, premium gasoline will go down by 50 cents from $11.13 to $10.63 per gallon. Kerosene will also decrease by 27 cents from $7.72 to $7.45 per gallon.
That works out in the public favor, but - don't start singing "Gasolina" just yet - because regular and diesel are going up, quite a bit.
Regular gasoline will go up by $41 cents from $9.96 to $10.37 per gallon. Diesel will increase by 17 cents from $9.79 to $9.96 per gallon.
The Ministry says that these price changes reflect the fluctuation in the acquisition price of refined fuel products in the countries from which Belize obtains its supply.
