Cop Abuses Pepper Spray

There was an ugly case of police abuse caught on camera this weekend in the Teakettle Area.

On Sunday, PC David Griffith went to check on a gathering, and then ended up pepper spraying a young man who was handcuffed. It knocked the youth out - and I was all caught on camera. The video took off on Facebook and today forced the police to take immediate action against Griffith. Here's what the COMPOL said:
