Police Anti Crime Camera Stolen By Criminal

Earlier this year, the Ministry of Home affairs announced that Police would be installing one thousand surveillance cameras across the country as part of a new security initiative. Well, putting them up is one thing, but keeping them there is quite another. Yesterday morning a police officer attached to the Public Safety Monitoring Unit reported that sometime between Saturday morning and Monday morning, three newly installed high definition PTZ were stolen off the pole on Oleander Street in the Martin's area of Belize City.
