What's next for former city Administrator Albert Vaughan? He held the top job in the country's biggest city - but he walked away from that after only 7 months.
He said it was time, but time for what? We asked him if he will now assume the long vacant post of NICH president:
Jules Vasquez
"I know that you don't make downward moves, you want to make lateral and upward moves. So are you know, officially, the lead administrator or the president of NIT?"
Albert Vaughan
"I won't comment on that, Jules, but you're right, I don't go down. I know that you have a propaganda, this is Chnnel 7. It's a big job, you know. I watch you on the beef, So, you can't consider me going up there."
"No, no, Jules, I am prepared for the task ahead of me. I'm not privileged to say right now, right? But yes, I never go down, right? It's service, it's service, common service to the people."
