In a year of many shocking murders, the killing of two Sarita delivery truck drivers on Thursday has left Cayo shocked. And that's because it was a robbery turned double murder - where the driver and the sideman were both shot in the head off an isolated stretch of the Hummingbird Highway.
But, so far, police have not made any arrests. ASP Smith gave us an update.

"As it relates to the investigation pertaining to the employees of Sarita's/Recino's we have made some advancement in terms of the investigation. All I would like to add at this point is that the information that has been received are being meticulously reviewed and we urge persons to continue to come forward with information in relation to this investigation."
