Tonight two Belizeans have an extra one thousand dollars to spend after they hit the jackpot at Courts this morning. Six courts customers got a chance to spin for cash and prizes in Courts' new Jacpot promotion. In the first show this morning, two out of those six literally hit the Jacpot. Delsia Bernard and Alberto Manzania told us how they will spend the extra cash.
Delsia Bernard, Won $1,000
"(I feel) great. Well there is a concert next week, I love concerts so I am going to that."
Alberto Manzania, Won $1,000
"I feel happy. I will try and see that my kids get the things they need for school and I have a little account which I would like to pay off too."
The other winners took home grocery, travel, and gas vouchers. All will have a second chance at the jackpot at the end of the year.
